After photographing a wedding in Boston this weekend, seeing some good friends, and eating equally good food, I stopped over for a bonfire at Salim and Katrina's house. Jonathan, who works with PUSH physical theater, was using the light cast from the house next door for his shadow play.

After a morning of documentary research, I took the afternoon off to longboard with some friends.

I'm in Maryland until tomorrow evening visiting Jeff. Mostly been hanging out but I've been doing homework and practicing my new banjo too.

Yesterday I photographed the Hindu celebration Holi, which celebrates the beginning of spring and the arrival of colors back into nature. Each person had a bag of colored powder which they rubbed onto each others faces. I'm posting one of my favourite photos from the shoot, but I may post some later as well.
