A few years ago, portraits were my least-favorite aspect of my job as a photojournalist. I always felt like I rushed myself, and I could've gotten something better. Because of this, I've worked hard to take my time, and use my imagination to make creative, reflective portraits, and I'm now at the point where I see them as an opportunity to have more control over the image, and look forward to them.
I've gotten behind on updating this blog, and am resolving to resume posting a few times a month, next, I'll be posting some of my favorite features since I've updated you last.
